We recommend the following to protect and maintain your HiVa Atelier leather goods in good condition;

• Keep your product away from damp or humid environments and avoid direct exposure to sunlight, keep your product away from any direct source of heat
• Fill the bag with tissue paper to help maintain its shape, and preserve the products in the HiVa fabric case.
• Clean the leather with moist cloth smootly.
• If the leather get wet, let it dry without cleaning.
• Do not use chemical materials on the leather.
• Do not use cleaners containing alcohol on your hand drawn products.
• Our hand-drawn products will be delivered within 15 working days from your order confirmation.
